- Consultation Non-refundable Fee: Consultation appointments require a non-refundable $50 fee to secure the time slot with the doctor and medical aesthetician to consult with you. That is charged at the time of scheduling.
- Cancellation Policy: An appointment is reserved for you. We maintain a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. To avoid any charges, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Your cooperation allows other clients the opportunity to fill the vacated slot. Exceptions to this policy include situations such as illness, injury, extreme weather, or family emergencies, where no charges will be applied. Please note that any cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, or in the case of a no-show, will incur a $150 charge. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment two or more times, we reserve the right to ask for half of the payment upfront of the services in order to reschedule/schedule a new appointment.
- Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on prepaid treatments/services. We can exchange your treatment/service (client is responsible to pay the difference in treatment/services).
- Disclosure: All services provided are considered “elective” or “cosmetic” treatments. As such there is a tradeoff between the goal of improved appearance against the risks of these elective/cosmetic treatments. Aesthetic goals may or may not be met. Risks include lack of response, incomplete improvement, poor aesthetic outcome, and need for ongoing treatments. Future changes to the appearance of the skin due to sun exposure, weight fluctuations, and aging over time are unpredictable.
- Children: We love children! However, for safety reasons please do not bring them to your appointment.
- Financing: Financing available through
on the web or call 800-677-0718. All patients using Care Credit must inform the front desk prior to their appointment of their intent to use Care Credit. All services must be pre-approved prior to any treatment. No insurance is accepted nor will provide coverage for services rendered. Payment is due in full at the time of service
